As he walked, he met a lazy grasshopper who had not prepared for the winter and was now hungry. The grasshopper begged Asha to share the crumb with him, but Asha refused. "I have worked hard all summer to gather food for the colony," he said. "I cannot share with someone who has not done the same."
The grasshopper was disappointed, but he thanked Asha for his honesty and went on his way. When winter came, the colony had more than enough food to survive, while the grasshopper struggled to find a meal. He realized that Asha had been right and vowed to work harder in the future to take care of himself.
Moral of the story: Hard work and preparation pay off in the end. It's important to think about the future and not just for today's pleasure.
